Some Clues for English Speaking Users

From statistics we found out, that only a very small amout of our users do not speak the german language. It's such a tiny group, that business economists would quite probably tell us to ignore it completely. As sort of a middle course, we've decided to provide you with some clues, which hopefully help you to use the shop.

  • First of all we want to make sure, that you understand, that you will not recieve a printed copy: All magazins that we sell are delivered as pdf-files via email. You have to print them yourself.
  • For buying items, you need to register an account. You are asked to enter a nickname, a password (twice) and your email address (which will be used to send confirmations of your orders and the pdf-files). You need also to accept our terms of trade, which as we hope, are made client friendly. Most important part is, that you are not allowed to give the bought files to someone else (you might share it with a few close friends of you, we don't mind that).
  • After registration you have to login.
  • Two important german words (found in the menu at the left) are: Warenkorb (shopping basket) and Kasse (cash desk).
  • The Warenkorb shows, after all your items, some calculation, which includes taxes, discount and vouchers. What you actually have to pay will be shown in the last row with bold letters.
  • At the Kasse you can choose to pay via credit transfer (Überweisung) or payBest (creditcard etc.). The text below states, that you can cancel your order up to two weeks after you ordered, but only if we have not send you the files yet (which we automatically do, when we recieved the money).
  • After you ordered, you can find information on your orders at Bestellungsverfolgung. There you can make our shipping-software to send you files again (Markierte Einträge erneut senden) or to cancel a not-yet-payed order (Auftrag stornieren). Shipping files again ist very usefull in case your provider consideres the files as spam (this happend to at least one of our clients).
  • If your order contains too much files, our shipping-software will send you only part of them and ask you to remove them from your email-postbox and after that to press the button Nächste Teillieferung senden (=send next part) at the Bestellungsverfolgung page.
  • At the Maximaler Speicherplatz im E-Mail-Postfach) and how large the attachments of a single mail should be at max (Erlaubte Maximalgröße für Dateianhänge).
  • The Denksel magazin can be subscribed for 12 issues (which will be prepared roughly monthly). The price for the subscription is 27.39 €, which will be reduced by 10%, because we give a 10% discount for orders above 20 €. All in all a subscription is cheaper than 10 single issues.
  • You can use the language tools of Google or Altavista to translate parts of the page or the emails send to you. Normally these translations are a little bit ugly, but they are quite often understandable.
  • If you still run into problems, you can send us an email to onlineshop@croco-puzzle.com. We'll help you!
